I wasn’t sure if the scent would last, but even after a full night’s sleep, the lavender was still noticeable when I woke up. The dots are easy to peel and stick directly onto the mask without any mess.

The adhesive holds perfectly through the night, and the lavender scent is subtle enough not to overwhelm. I’ve been sleeping deeper since I started using them.
